3d Max... Power outages.. and exams

So.. the stress levels are running high while 3D max is rendering on low.. :P
With only a little more than a week left before final exams, 3d max has been taken to a whole new level. Here follows a teaser of some of the still images of my Museum design.

Hey all.. so after receiving the news that I had to change my design.. a lot has been done! I will upload some of the new plans ASAP :) very excited about the new developments.. and making the space envelope the user and create a whole new emotional experience!

Portfolio time..

Today is computer portfolio hand in, and the last couple of days have been spent in front of my loving computor. Finally the time has come to push through the last few days

and focus on design.

The following images are renderings done on 3D Max. The hours spent on these were all worth it in the end. A wonderful program with many interesting options, allowing you to create a wide variety of realistic effects to emphasise the design.

The end is in sight!!

June ezam is less than a week away, and yet one would say we are more focussed than ever..

With a newly found resprect for 3D max, one could say this year so far has taken an uncalculated journey to the moon and back..

THe newfound knowledge along with tantalising inspiration had blown a second breath into the unwilling lungs of design.. and is now in working order.. To which my next question follows: What is good design? This picture attached provides my view.. :) AND relates so well with my design philosophy for the Madiba Life Museum.. which is all about experience, and evoking an emotional response..
